OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? There is way too much journal prompts each week. It should be reduced in order for it to not feel like you are overwhelmed. The journals are enjoyable but the amount often makes it unenjoyable. Additionally, the journals should not be due on Sundays. They should be due before class each week. If they are due on Sunday, we only have from Wednesday afternoon- Sunday afternoon to do readings and over 8 pages of writing. There were too many different memos and additional pieces of papers that I got confused at times. I know that things change, but the overload of papers could have been condensed or written as one outline on blackboard. For me, it was too disorganized and made me stressed because I wanted to make sure that I was submitting the right thing. Not as many journals. I understand they were a key part of the course, however, they lost their effectiveness half way through as I was just completing them just to complete. It was great
