Fall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? While helpful, the amount of reflections seemed slightly too much and almost repetitive at some points. N/A. I liked the condensed course (6 weeks) and I think that it was effective to keep us in the "negotiating mindset" between classes but it was a lot of work for those 6 weeks. Between the journal entries and then prepping for the negotiations, I felt I didn ' t have a lot of time to absorb the different tactics I was reading about in the assigned reading. I think since so much of today ' s world is held via emails and online, a role play where we negotiate via emails would be beneficial.
