Blank pages indicate no response for that question. What aspect(s) of the course or instruction enhanced your learning? The opportunity to negotiate with peers in each class was great! The in-class negotiations. Each class started with a discussion on readings followed by a classroom role play employing those techniques. This facilitated an opportunity to practice the skills we were discussing each week. the negotiations we did with each other were really helpful. I learned a lot about my negotiating style and found it very enjoyable. I enjoyed the role plays and class wide discussions He offered us the ability to role play and then answer questions or come together as a group after which allowed us to see how our skills were developing in comparison to others.
