Professor Pizzano's lectures utilized a lot of real world comparisons that helped me understand the material Professor Pizzano used examples from his life that we could all relate to. This helped me visualize the material in practice Professor made a complex subject simple and interesting. Professor Pizzano keeps the class very interesting by bringing in realworld examples and providing hypotheticals to make the topics easier to understand. He does a great job of emphasizing the important takeaways from each case. Showing us the actual documents used to form a corporation.
