Signing in to your Suffolk Email

You can connect to your Suffolk email via the web at http://o365.suffolk.edu

All Email passwords expire after 120 days. Watch for emails alerting you the expiration date is approaching. If you miss the alert, you will be locked out. To avoid having to call the Service Desk for a password reset, all students should ENROLL in Password Reset. Choose Enroll linkat http://o365.suffolk.edu or see web for more info: www.suffolk.edu/passwordreset

Email Spam/Phishing Attempts

Be on the lookout for suspicious emails.

Do NOT Respond – do NOT Click – just Delete. Suffolk will NEVER

ask you for your password.If a message looks like spam it probably is.

NEVER Click on any URL in an email.

Suffolk Student Portal

The Suffolk Portal contains knowledgebase articles with specifics on accessing email, the Suffolk Wifi, configuring your cell phone to read Suffolk email, etc. Login with your Suffolk credentials to access articles. Email Policy All students are required to check their Suffolk University Law School student e-mail address on a regular basis. (i.e., __@su.suffolk.edu). This includes during school breaks and the summer session, regardless if a student is enrolled in classes during the breaks or summer session. All official school e-mail announcements and individual e-mail communications to students will be sent to the Suffolk University Law School student e-mail address. Often, email contains important information ab out the law program, requirements, a student’s enrollment status, and class information. Each student is required to read and respond, as appropriate, to all Suffolk University messages sent to this address. Official communications will not be sent to stud ents’ personal, non -Suffolk e-mail addresses. The Suffolk University Law School e-mail system allows students to forward messages to another e-mail account. Please note that if there are problems forwarding messages from a Suffolk University Law School student e-mail address to another address, students remain responsible for official communications sent to their Suffolk University Law School student e mail address.
