GRADING

Learning Outcomes Questionnaire As voted by the faculty at its meeting on March 5, 2020 all faculty must complete the Learning Outcomes Questionnaire (LOQ) for each student certified as completing the legal writing requirement. The LOQ is located on Web Advisor, at Faculty Exams/Grading. The Questionnaire contains seven questions, and can be accessed and responses added and edited throughout the semester. All work will be saved. Jurisprudence Awards Faculty are able to select students for the Jurisprudence Award online, for those courses that qualify (see below). Administrative Law Criminal Law Antitrust Energy, Natural Resources Banking Law Environmental Law Basic Federal Income Tax Evidence Business Entity Fundamentals Labor Law Civil Procedure Professional Responsibility Commercial Law Paper Property Commercial Law Sales Securities Regulations Commercial Law Survey Secured Transactions Constitutional Law Torts Contracts Student selection will be by examination number for those courses which have examinations or by student name if grades are entered non-anonymously. See the Jurisprudence Awards link at Faculty Exams/Grading. Grade Confirmation Reports The Office of Academic Services, upon receipt of ALL grades for the course, will issue a grade confirmation report to the faculty member which will list the students name, exam number and final grade for the term. Course Evaluations for the term will be included.
